I finally picked up the game, and was a bit puzzled by how to install the rosters. Every year when the NBA will start, all basketball fans come to the new version of the NBA 2K14, the best basketball simulator. My hope is that I present the information I've found, and if you can fill in the gaps and help me. However OP of this forum and anyone I've asked has not explained to me how to actually complete this job. Gives me the tools I need to do this job (using a USB and Horizon modding tool).
